Dave retired from the Rocklin Police But started LE  with the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office. He is Professor emeritus, Aministration of Justice and Certified Academy Instructor. With over 50 years in Law Enforcement, he has been the Police Association President for several years as well as Training Manager for The California Lottery Law enforcement Division, California Board of Prison Terms and course instructor for training of law enforcement, Fusion Center and government personnel.. He oversees various projects and develops specialized training programs for government entities and is a CT Anaylyst. .His NN is 'Ghost".and has been a member with HTCC for over 23 years. Dave started dealing with computers when  Tandy released the TRS-80 series and then IBM created the PC. Dave is fluent in German and can survive in other EU languages.

Tim is a university professor and responsible for the design, development and implementation of Digital Forensic Science courses at The University of Alabama Huntsville. Over the last 14 years he has created and taught courses for the Digital Forensic Science curriculum. He has four decades of professional experience with microcomputers (PCs) and now cell phones and other handheld devices..



Bob Zahreddine

Bob Zahreddine is a Lieutenant for the Glendale Police Department, the 3rd largest city in Los Angeles County. Bob has been a Law Enforcement officer for 29 years during which he worked as an officer, detective, supervisor and a commander in patrol, investigations, Organized Crime, Intelligence, and on several federal task forces. For the last 7 years, Bob has served as the Assistant Director of the Verdugo Regional Crime Laboratory, a regional lab serving local, state and federal law enforcements agencies. Lab services include DNA, Digital Forensics, Crime Scene, Latent Prints and NIBIN. Bob has been a digital examiner for well over 20 years where he worked on several thousand cases and testified as an expert in both state and Federal courts. Bob also serves as A Digital Forensics Assessor for both ANAB ( ASCLD) and A2LA international accreditation bodies. Bob made presentations on Digital Crime, Money Laundering and Organized Crime at numerous Law Enforcement conferences in California and internationally on behalf of the State and the Treasury Departments.
